It is my lovely sister Kate's Birthday today. Kate has been staying with her boyfriend down south in Bunbury and will drive back up to Perth this afternoon. Mum and I have planned a surprise afternoon tea with the family and I am baking some yummy treats namely a Red Velvet Cake! I am very excited and I hope it turns out well as it is my first attempt.
